Fully trained and qualified with over 20 years’ experience, our team hold CIPD Membership, NEBOSH Certification, Employment Law and Internal Auditing Qualifications from CQI.

Legal Requirements

FastTrack are compliant with 'The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses (Amendment) Regulations 2010' and have the measures in place to ensure that we work in accordance with this act.

In our area of work, where overseas workers are highly valued, we appreciate the importance of adhering to immigration laws. We take care to conduct identification and visa checks thoroughly before candidates go to site, as well as recognising that communicating and understanding the importance of health and safety standards in the UK is vital in the industries in which we operate. We therefore similarly ensure that any overseas workers can understand and can communicate in the English language to a suitable standard.

FastTrack identify that there are many non-compliant engagement and payment structures operating in the UK. We therefore ensure that each worker we place on site is either directly employed by our company or engaged by a third party company that operates an HMRC compliant structure. Prior to including any of these companies on our approved supplier list, we undertake an audit of their processes to ensure such compliance.

FastTrack’s Safety Management System and Environment Management System is accredited to OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004

Ensuring a high standard of Health and Safety is paramount in the industries in which we operate. FastTrack strongly believe it is our responsibility to care for the both the health, safety and the well-being of our employees and operatives on site.

FastTrack have achieved accreditation with Safe Contractor, SMAS Worksafe, CHAS and Construction Line. We encourage all our operatives on site, as well as employees, to make themselves aware of potential risks and the importance of health and safety regulations.

Construction sites are dangerous places and FastTrack ensure that every operative we supply has had the necessary Health and Safety training, skills, experience and competence applicable to their working environment.

Quality

FastTrack is accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and all of our recruitment and operational procedures are run and audited in accordance with this standard.

We have a "Quality Management System" in place which stipulates that all of our operatives adhere to meeting our clients’ requirements and where possible, exceed their expectations. In order to achieve this, we consistently provide our staff with on-going training, detailing how to guarantee they are carrying out their role in line with our company guidelines.

A key feature of our growing success is our bespoke database that has been specifically designed in order to incorporate all of our company procedures. This database is equipped for continuous monitoring and assessment purposes, enabling us to regularly review and improve our services.

Compliance to our procedures is externally audited and accredited by the European Quality Assurance (EQA).
